Our Team

Jean Dievendorf, MSW, LCSW

Hi, I am Jean Dievendorf (She/Her/Hers), an Air Force OEF/OIF Veteran, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor. I hold a master's Degree in Social Work with a focus on mental and emotional health. I have over seven years of practice helping those suffering the effects of complex trauma and/or substance abuse find healing through post traumatic growth.

Trained in Neurofeedback with a focus on Alpha brain wave stimulation, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Adoption Trauma Competency, Child-Parent Psychotherapy for ages 0-5 years old (CPP), Traumatic Stress and Trauma Research Studies, Trauma of Batterers Intervention (BIP), and a Qualified Supervisor for upcoming Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns.  


 As an OEF/OIF Air Force Veteran, I am personally aware of the complex issues for veterans & families. I am here to help you navigate the unique challenges that come with service and address the exposure to trauma inherent in the profession. 


I see clients aged 18+ and Adults in person or via telehealth.

I am currently full and have a waitlist for new clients. Please call the office for more information if you want to see me specifically.


Becoming a licensed therapist is only the start of the process. Once licensed, therapists begin to take specialized training to be better able to help clients. I'm my case I have focused on Trauma certifications, EMDR, as well as Child-Parent Psychotherapy. Below are some of the courses I have completed.

Jean's Bio:
Jean Dievendorf, a proud Central New York Native, dedicated a decade (2000-2010) to serving as a Munitions Systems Specialist #AMMO! #IYAAYAS! in the Air Force. While on duty, she attained her bachelor's degree in Psychology. Following her service, Jean immersed herself in the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) community, dedicating over 14 years as a VSO Veterans Service Officer, aiding veterans with VA disability claims. This passion drover her to further her education to better support veterans' mental health.  


Utilizing her GI Bill, Jean secured a master's in cincial social work from the University of Southern Califonia, advancing to become a Licenced Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and is licenced in multiple states. Today, she stands as the proud owner of Limitless Growth Counseling, a cornerstone in the VA Community Care Network specializing in trauma and veterans' mental health. Ambitious as ever, Jean is now on a journey towards a Doctor of Social Work, focusing on the neurobiology of trauma at Barry University - Miami.

Actively involved in several veterans organizations. Jean's mission remains: "To Honorably serve those who've served".
