  6. Have you experienced weight loss or loss of appetite?
  7. Do you often feel like you have little energy?
  8. Do you have problems concentrating?
  9. Do you often experience various aches and pains?
  10.  Have you had frequent thoughts about death or harming yourself?

If you answered yes to 3 or more of these you may be experiencing depression
