What is the difference between e-coaching and counseling?

Counseling is a form of psychotherapy where a diagnosis is issued based on a person's history. E-coaching does not focus on diagnosis but focuses on changing unhealthy behaviors by teaching life skills to clients.

How long will e-coaching take to help my addiction?

The process of change really depends on a clients ability to gain awareness and insight into their condition. If the client is motivated they will begin to see results immediately.

What are the benefits of e-coaching?

E-coaching can be done in the privacy and convenience of your own home, flexible coaching times, and focuses on healing rather then a diagnosis.  

What is the price of an e-coaching session?

Coaching sessions are $75 for 45 minute session

What happens if I schedule an appointment and cannot make it? requires a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this time is not met, then $75 will be charged to your account for missing an appointment.

Do I call you or do you call me?

I will contact you on your phone once you fill out all the  information on the appointment request.

Do I have to pay long distance fees?

No fees are charged to resident’s of the US or Canada. However, all other
international clients are charged $.06 per minute for land lines only. Cell phone charges can vary depending on location. All clients regardless of location can use Skype to communicate for free.

How often do we meet?

The frequency of sessions will vary depending on the clients needs and budget.  However, addiction is a condition that usually needs a lot of attention.  For most clients once a week or every other week should be considered standard to help manage their condition.
